Dr. Tera Riggins graduated from the
University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in
Champaign/Urbana in 1996. She obtained an undergraduate degree in
zoology with a minor in chemistry from Eastern Illinois University in
Charleston, Illinois. She has loved many pets and is currently the
owner of a very geriatric cat named Eden. Dr. Riggins is a mother of 3
daughters and enjoys spending her out-of-office time with her family,
exercising, and being involved with her church.
